Ever felt like your past is holding you back from the life you want to live?

Do you ever worry that history will repeat itself, and you'll be trapped in a never-ending cycle of repetition as our past being a ghost? If so, you're not alone. Many of us carry the weight of our past with us, and it can be a challenge to break free and create the future we truly desire.

Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.

We are aware that it's really a heavy burden to bear, to feel like our future is predetermined by the events that have happened before. However it's equally comforting to realize that those events can be a guide for the choices and actions we make now.

In a sense, our past is like a mirror, reflecting back our choices and the consequences that followed. It can be quite hard to confront our own mistakes, to acknowledge the ways in which we've hurt ourselves or others. But it's only by doing so that we can truly move forward.

Yet, even as we strive, there's always a part of us that haunts us unceasingly. We worry that we fall back into old paths, make same mistakes, and end up right back where we started. In fact, this fear is not unfounded, as we've already experienced the same cycle before and feel trapped being stuck at the same point of life. At that moment, even our old habits becomes overwhelmingly scary....

Perhaps, embracing the present moment being mindful, without focusing on the past or future can be a helpful approach to get rid of the fear. However, history may repeat itself despite our best efforts, but still we can work to break the cycle by changing our own habits  and behavior (as analyzing the mistakes for growth).

Ultimately, destiny can't be controlled, but our own actions and reactions. Take responsibility, learn, create a new and more positive path.
